Services Offered

A home inspection performed by Professional Property Inspections is your opportunity to see your new home through the eyes of a trained and impartial third-party home inspector. It is your chance to learn the condition of components ranging from the roof to the foundation and to discuss any concerns you may have with your inspector. You will be advised of routine and preventive maintenance recommendations and any potential upcoming expenditures relating to the findings of the inspection.

All inspections are performed to meet or exceed the standards set by the American Society of Home Inspectors. Please refer to the home page for the ASHI Standards of Practice. There are over 300 items checked during the home inspection. A partial list is included below.

Types of Inspections

We offer the following types of home inspections to meet your needs:

Pre-purchase Home Inspection

A comprehensive inspection and report of the home's structural and operating components tailored for buyers, lenders, and relocation institutions.

New Home Inspection

A comprehensive inspection and report tailored specifically for those purchasing a newly- constructed home.

Listing Inspection

The listing inspection is a tool for both the seller and the listing real estate agent. This detailed inspection allows the seller to make any corrections to the home before it goes on the market. A pre-inspected home gives you an aggressive market position and attracts more buyers.

Condominium Inspection

A comprehensive inspection of the condominium's interior, mechanical, and electrical components.

Whether you're buying or selling a home, knowing its condition guarantees you a fair and smooth transaction. Our goal is to provide you with a broader perspective of the property so you can make an informed decision. We work for you and we want you to use us now and in the future for your home inspection needs. Thank you for your interest in our company. We wish you the best in your home-buying, or selling, ventures.

Radon Testing
Radon is the number one cause of lung cancer in non-smokers, according to EPA estimates.  We use Sun Nuclear continuous electronic monitors to test for radon in homes.
